In the heart of Londonís West End, this original 1960s concrete frame building was saved from demolition and transformed into a larger mixed-use scheme

Schneider delivered the envelope package of unitised terracotta-aluminium curtain walling with fixed brise-soleil set in extruded box frames. Additionally, there is metal cladding on the ground floor and unitised curtain walling in the atrium.

Tower crane installation was chosen and went like clockwork; the building was watertight some two months ahead of schedule.
