SHEQ Manager

Slawomir joined the Schneider team in 2017 as a Site Supervisor, working on several critical projects and closely working with the SHEQ team. In 2020 an internal promotion opportunity arose to join the Schneider GB Health & Safety team, and with his significant contributions to Schneider projects and keen eye for safety and regulations, there was no question that Slawomir would be the best choice for the role. With dedication, hard work, and the support of his colleagues, Slawomir soon achieved all his qualifications and became a full member of the Schneider GB SHEQ team.

Slawomir is highly regarded amongst his colleagues, peers, and subcontractors on site, as he comes from a background of 20 years of on-site experience, and knows the daily risks and challenges of the industry, as well as the unique elements of working with bespoke, high-profile installations.

Since 2024, Slawomir has been promoted to Senior SHEQ Manager at Schneider GB, now also handling all audits and accreditations, ensuring our organisation is always working towards the highest standards. He is also leading Schneider’s works towards being more sustainable as a business, as well as being closely involved with Schneider’s wellbeing team efforts. Slawomir is a member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
