With over 25 years of being in the forefront of the steel, aluminium and glazing sectors of construction in the UK and Europe, Ian has been within the Schneider GB management team since 2016. Drawing upon his experience and adopting new practices in the ever-evolving construction industry, supporting and enhancing the UK site wide installation teams.
Overseeing all live UK projects as Operations Manager, Ian uses his wealth of knowledge for innovative and formative solutions to aid the off-site & on-site teams in the challenging façade industry that has become Schneiders forte.
Health, Safety and Wellbeing are the highlighted priorities that Ian adheres too, followed closely by Quality. These are the key values in which he primarily focuses on to nurture and instil the same passion within the site teams. This becomes evident with the continual delivery of prestigious projects and the site teams embracing the same values to further advance their own skills & experience. This enables Schneider to strive as a market leader in the façade industry.
